Joe Campanale is Partner at Epicurean Management. In his role he advises on the beverage programs for the restaurants dell’anima, L’Artusi, L’Apicio and ANFORA. This Summer he will bring back Alta Linea, hisaperitivo-themed concept at The High Line Hotel in Chelsea. He has spent nearly a decade in restaurant operations and beverage direction. He is a graduate of NYU’s Food Studies M.A. program and has done many certifications in wine including Diploma in Wines and Spirits from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. He’s the co-author of the cookbook Downtown Italian. Joe has a line of fine Italian wines called Annona that focuses on handmade, organic wines from lesser-known parts of Italy. He is a native New Yorker and an avid marathon runner.
