Dr. Leslie Korn is the author of "The Good Mood Kitchen: Simple Recipes and Nutrition Tips for Emotional Balance." She's also a licensed psychotherapist with a PhD in behavioral medicine who completed her clinical training at Harvard Medical School. For the last 25 years, she's lived in the jungles of Mexico, where she was introduced to using food, herbs and plants to alter your body and your mood.
In this interview, Dr. Korn will help determine whether you're a carnivore or a vegetarian, reveal how what you eat can affect everything from depression to fatigue and finally put to rest the idea that there's one right diet for everyone.

Andrea Wien is the host of Meant to be Eaten, a show about food, culture and how it all intertwines, here on Heritage Radio Network, Tuesdays at 4 PM.
