What you’re about to hear is a letter to an unborn chef. A chef who will be born long after we’re gone. A chef who will be presented with challenges both old and new. A chef who will look to the past, shape the future.

We asked prominent chefs working today to tell us what they would share with this unborn chef. This is Nick Anderson’s “Letter to an Unborn Chef”.

Nick has the distinction of being a chef under one of the South’s most famous personalities: Kevin Rathbun. This has made his journey twice as tough, as Kevin is often assigned credit for any significant accomplishments. Nick strives for success, mostly so he can give back to the many people who have propelled him to the top of Atlanta’s dining scene.
