Today’s wedding cake was made by today’s guest, Dawn Pascale, owner of Om Sweet Home, a 100% vegan & gluten-free, soy-free, palm oil-free, organic & non-GMO bakery in Cliffside Park, NJ, and maker of an amazing vegan butter! Her wedding cake masterpiece is DELICIOUSLY vegan, and gluten-free, using Bob’s Red Mill flour! Joining us is the one and only Ryann Mead, who brings us chocolatey ideas from Fine and Raw chocolate factory in Bushwick. Ryann is not just bringing chocolate though, she comes with flowers, as she has recently just launched a wonderful local flower farm, True Leaves Floral, with business partner Jessica Balnaves.
