Didier Mariotti joined Champagne house GH Mumm in 2003 and became the Chef de Caves in 2006 at the world’s third largest and France’s number one Champagne house. Didier oversees hundreds of acres of grapes in eight villages in the Champagne region producing the iconic red-banded GH Mumm Cordon Rouge. Didier Mariotti also travels the world as Brand Ambassador for GH Mumm.
