Many of the Momofuku locations are closed without power,
but luckily they were able to save much of the refrigerated food
by transporting it to the large commissary kitchen in Williamsburg.
Staff has remained on the clock by working on the clean up effort or
volunteering their time at several Momofuku fundraising events for the
Red Cross. We spoke with Christina Tosi, Chef of Momofuku Milk Bar.
