Soup kitchens and food pantries are working overtime to feed anyone in need. We spoke with Joel Berg of NYC Coalition Against Hunger about the challenges of organizing volunteers and peer organizations without electricity or communication. Along with FEMA, the NYC Coalition to End Hunger will remain a constant presence in NYC.
