Baldor Specialty Foods, a food service retail distributor, has fared well after the storm and they are able to deliver fresh product however many customers are closed or unable to accept new deliveries. We spoke with Alan Butzbach, the marketing director, about his efforts to maintain the supply chain even as local restaurant remain closed.
