Heritage Radio Network attended the 2015 International Association of Culinary Professionals conference in Washington DC, to hear what topics were trending at the forefront of discussion this year. As a worldwide forum for the exchange of culinary information, the IACP is comprised of 3,000 members from over 30 countries; chefs, restauranteurs, writers, photographers, editors, publishers, and marketers, all striving to share their knowledge and inspiration with the greater food community. Michael Harlan Turkell, of Heritage Radio Network’s The Food Seen, was able to sit down and talk with some of the attendees of the conference to hear what they had to say.
