New Amsterdam Market Season Opening
Heritage Radio Network was live at season opening of the New Amsterdam Market on 6/23 to mingle with shoppers, vendors, and witness the rally to save the Fulton Fish Market. Over 70 participants were on hand, including: farmers, artisans, wine makers, chefs, distributors, and sustainable food advocates. Heritage Radio spoke to Robert LaValva, founder of the New Amsterdam Market, about the impending threat against the Fulton Fish Market space by developer Howard Hughes.
