Pizza Party
Michael Berman of Pizzacentric
This week on Pizza Party, host Talia Ralph sits down with pizza photographer and storyteller, Michael Berman of Pizzacentric.com, to discuss his interesting and delicious endeavors having made his work documenting pizza. Talking about how his love for pizza stemmed from an early age while eating out with his family on a regular occasion, it is no surprise that he melded his love of story-telling and food into his tasty career. Michael maintains that pizza is an important food because it does not have to be a junk food and, moreover, can be a cost-effective way to feed people. After the break, Talia puts Michael on the spot asking some of his favorite NYC pizzas and he shares an amazing pizza tidbit: a restaurant that serves a half white and half red pizza. He goes on to mention some of the best pizzeria experiences of his career before the episode draws to a close. This program was brought to you by The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.
