The Swedish Culinary Summer is a unique series that brings Sweden’s top chefs to the Hamptons, NY for a number of events that showcase Swedish cuisine and talent. Heritage Radio Network attended a brunch that featured the food of Chef Magnus Lindström, winner of Swedish Chef of the Year Award in 2003 and two time winner of the European Olympic Gold medalist in Gastronomy. Swedish liquer brand Xante was also there, mixing up deliciius cocktails that perfectly paired with the Chef Lindstrom’s food. From making mojitos to pickling vegeatbles, it was a day not soon to be forgotten.
