Today’s guests are chefs David and Tonya Thomas of Ida B’s Table in Baltimore. David is a career food professional with more than 25 years of experience in the food world and has been featured in Food & Wine, Style magazine, The Baltimore Sun, Black Enterprise, Cuisine Noir, and more. Tonya was born and raised in Baltimore and has over two decades of experience in the restaurant industry. She manages the front of house at Ida Bs Table and is responsible for the baked goods and dessert program at the restaurant.
