A Day of Meat at Big Apple BBQ

During the second weekend in June, Kingsford Charcoal sponsored the 15th annual Big Apple Barbecue Block Party, which hosted over 130,000 hungry participants at Madison Square Park. The event is the nation's largest music and culinary festival dedicated to barbecue, and one of the largest food events in New York City. The lineup featured some of the best chefs and pitmasters from across the country, as well as a variety of food and alcohol vendors and live music performances.
