Alexander Harris is the Culinary Director of Emma’s Torch, an organization that teaches refugees culinary and English language skills that help place then in jobs and set them on the path to success. This is crucial work, at this time in history especially, and Alexander, who’s worked for such companies as Starr Restaurants, Garces and Union Square Hospitality Group, is utterly selfless (and seemingly tireless) in his commitment.
