Andrew Friedman is an incredibly talented chronicler of the restaurant world. He has collaborated on more than 25 cookbooks, memoirs, and other projects, with most of today’s finest chefs. He hosts HRN’s Andrew Talks to Chefs, and blogs about the industry on his Toqueland site. He’s also the author of two books, Chefs, Drugs, and Rock & Roll and Knives at Dawn: America’s Quest for Culinary Glory at the Bocuse d’Or, the World’s Most Prestigious Cooking Competition.
