The Line nominates restaurateur Andrew Tarlow to HRN’s Hall of Fame because he is a visionary leader in the Brooklyn food community, and nurtures and builds the careers of so many talented food professionals. Since opening Diner inside of a refurbished 1927 dining car in South Williamsburg, Tarlow has been a beloved force in the area. In addition to his many great restaurants, he owns Marlow Home Goods, and publishes Diner Journal, a magazine about food, inspiration and creativity.
