Andrew Zimmern is one of the most versatile and knowledgeable personalities exploring culture through food. He created, executive produced, and hosted numerous TV shows, most notably Travel Channel’s Bizarre Foods franchise. He’s also written several books, including Alliance of World Explorers, Volume 1: AZ and the Lost City of Ophir, winner of the the Gold IPPY in Juvenile Fiction. Zimmern also works tirelessly on behalf of Services for the UnderServed, Taste of the NFL, and the International Rescue Committee.
