Alisha Norris Jones, aka Immortal Milk, is a hospitality worker, sometimes writer, and freelance cheesemonger currently residing on Chicago’s West Side. A member of Culture Cheese's 2024 'Hot 20' list, her work has appeared in Marisa Mullen’s ‘That Cheese Plate Wants To Party’ (2023), The Chicago Reader, Eater Chicago, and at the Art Basel Miami festival. With an interest in design + anthropology, she strives to weave a story into every board she creates.
