Camilla Marcus is an extraordinary restaurateur, investor, mentor, and event visionary. She created an incredible restaurant, West-bourne, in Manhattan that is committed to cooking for—and giving back to—the local community. And her philosophy and food have much broader implications. She co-founded TechTable, a conference that aims to connect hospitality and technology. Camilla dedicates time and thought to helping others succeed, both through her charitable endeavors and her one-on-one mentoring.
