Dan and Taylor Suarez run what they call a “mom and pop production brewery”, Suarez Family Brewery in the Hudson Valley. They’re dedicated to using local ingredients to create beers that are distinct and delicious. Jimmy Carbone calls them and their peers “the new primitives.” The Beer Sessions Radio (TM) episode with them remains the most popular one in our road series, and inspired a cover story in BeerAdvocate magazine.
