Elizabeth Andoh is the author of six books on Japanese cooking, including two IACP award-winners, An Ocean of Flavor and Washoku. She was also Gourmet magazine’s Japan correspondent for three decades. Elizabeth has been communicating the essence of Japanese cuisine effectively to a global audience for decades. Her profound understanding of and love for Japan distinguish her as a cultural ambassador of Japanese cuisine.
