Farm-To-Table Takes Center Stage

While ‘farm to table’ is a familiar phrase, ‘farm-to-concert’ is a whole other story. For the past five summers, The Farm on Adderley has catered Celebrate Brooklyn’s free concert series in Prospect Park. Tom Kearney, the chef and co-owner, faces the challenge of translating the restaurant's sustainable ethos to a hungry - and impatient - crowd of thousands.
