The Brewmaster of Brooklyn Brewery is known for his personal style and impeccable taste in beer. He fell in love with beer during a stint as a rock band manager in England, and has gone on to help launch Brooklyn Brewery's new experimental projects, collaborative brewing, and other innovations. And as author of The Brewmaster’s Table and more recently, editor of the Oxford Companion To Beer, he has educated and influenced so many to great beer and its pairing with great food...especially these superfan HRN hosts.
