Candice Chemel
Research and Radio Intern (she/her)
Born and raised in Paris, France, she is passionate about food and travels, and mostly food in travels. She graduated from a Fine Art school in France, in the Design department, where she was working on how we consume and share our meals and our stories. Her interest in gastronomy grew even stronger and she decided to quench her thirst with a Master in Gastronomy : Creativity, Education and Ecology at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy. Still a bit thirsty, she completed it with an apprenticeship as a sommelier.
She is now looking for ways to invoke all of those experiences together, and keep on sharing food and people’s stories in writing and through events.
