Radio and Research Intern
Ellie Katz (she/her) is a Texan-Michigander whose family now lives in Oregon. For the next year, she’ll call southern Spain home, where she’ll work as an English language teaching assistant and eat as many tapas as possible. A recent graduate of the University of Michigan, she studied Comparative Literature and Organizational Studies before getting hooked on audio storytelling in her final semester. She’s interested in stories about memory, family, and place, particularly the role food plays in all of these. She’s so excited by the opportunity to learn and grow at Heritage Radio Network.
