Radio and Research Intern
Sam Burros (he/him), born in Seoul, South Korea, was adopted into a Jewish family and grew up in Maryland. In December 2019 he graduated from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, with a BFA in Theatre. Since graduation he has moved his professional interests toward food media, and he has started the Food Studies master’s program at NYU Steinhardt, though he still holds a love for theatre and is continually developing ideas for his own theatrical endeavors. His work focuses on food as a unifying force and educational medium while reckoning with the diverse intersections of his identity. He’s super excited to bring his love of production and content creation into the food space at Heritage Radio Network.
