Vaidehi (she/her) was born and raised in Pune, India but moved to Granville, Ohio in 2018 to study History at Denison University. While Vaidehi is not a gifted cook, she is interested in reading, writing, researching, and learning about everything food-related. She is particularly passionate about food history and culture. As a Radio and Research Intern, Vaidehi is looking forward to diving into the world of food and audio journalism at the Heritage Radio Network this Spring.
