Zoe Grueskin (she/her) is a graduate student at CUNY’s school of journalism in New York, where she tells stories about humans and the natural world through audio and video. She has also worked, at one time or another, as a waitress, barista, writing teacher, and assistant to a competitive dogsled racer. She has retained her Midwestern love for cheese-based foods but enjoys culinary explorations of all kinds, both in her kitchen and across the city. She recently learned the freeze-and-thaw tofu method, and she is very enthusiastic about it.
