Jeni Britton Bauer is the founder of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream. Her spirit, and overall verve for ice cream, has not only influenced future scoop shops across the country, but also reimagined how one can change the world with enterprising morals. Aside from her uber creative and critical eye, Jeni transformed a singular food category to one way more impactful than just a pint. Using dairy from grass-pastured cows, supporting partners with a fellowship model, giving stake to those that make her company whole; we all scream for someone like Jeni to lead the way.
