Julie Reiner and Susan Federoff run some of the most iconic bars in Brooklyn and Manhattan, including The Pegu Club and The Clover Club. As co-owner and beverage director of the Flatiron Lounge, Julie first gained acclaim, using her native Hawaii as inspiration. She also has a consulting company, Mixtress Consulting, that creates top-notch programs for resorts, restaurants, bars and spirits companies. Why do Julie and Susan deserve a spot in our Hall of Fame? They’re two strong women who have been doing the right thing, and succeeding at it for over a decade.
