The Good Food Awards are a celebration of delicious foods produced in sustainable and responsible ways. Nominees traveled from around the country for this celebration of positive food production, leading by example with their products.
Kathy Eckhouse of La Quercia spoke on behalf of all of the Charcuterie category winners at the Good Food Awards 2016. La Quercia won a Good Food Award for their Speck Americano charcuterie.
