Katie Ferman and her four siblings grew up on a family farm in Wisconsin. Each one of them individually left the business, but each found Laclare Farms calling them back home. Executive Director Erin Fairbanks recently had a chance to sit down with Katie at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco to talk about her family operation, which churns out traditional products as well as some exciting new ones.
