In addition to being an incredible cookbook author of three books with a healthy, vegetarian, and crafty angle, Lukas is a true community leader in the food world. He's the Co-Founder and Editorial Director of Jarry magazine, a print biannual that explores food and queer culture, and has fostered numerous discussions and lively events to celebrate and promote diversity in the world of food media. Lukas’ humble and inquisitive direction gives a platform for unrepresented voices, and challenges all of us to do more with a
career in food.
