Central Milling

The South Carolina Chef Ambassador program seeks chefs who embody the best of South Carolina’s food scene, both in the quality of their ingredients and in their devotion to playing an active role in their communities distinguishing themselves as culinary leaders. The program aspires to elevate visitor awareness of the state’s diverse culinary talent, abundant produce and numerous tourism locales, found on and off the beaten path. Now in its sixth year, there have been 25 Chef Ambassadors from the state’s 11 tourism regions.
