It began with buckwheat. We added nuts, seeds, and dried fruits and baked them into delicious, easy-to-enjoy crisps. And, our friends and family loved them. (Dare we say… craved them?) With our unexpected flavors and that chewy-meets-crispy texture, we knew we were onto something.
