Peter Reinhart is a renowned baker, author and the founder of the award-winning Brother Juniper's Bakery in Santa Rosa, California. He is the author of 12 books on baking, food, and culture, including The Bread Baker’s Apprentice, which won “Book of the Year” at the 2002 James Beard Awards. Currently, he is the Chef on Assignment at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina. His latest book is Perfect Pan Pizzas.
