Airport Food is on the Rise
Celebrity chef dining is the latest trend in airport cuisine. Typically known for it's abundance of fast food options, airport restaurants have recently met the demand for a better dining option. Not only are these restaurants attached to a well known chef, but they are also using local and sustainable ingredients from the areas from which they are located. Terminal 2 in San Francisco was recently remodeled to be LEED Gold Certified, and offers a bevy of local dining options, such as Napa Farms Market, Acme Bread, and more. Wondering how airport dining is improving in your home city? Wondering where you can grab an award-winning dish on your next layover? Tune in to learn more!
