Evrim Dogu is a baker in Richmond. In 2012, he and his sister Evin opened Sub Rosa Bakery, in Richmond’s Church Hill neighborhood. Evrim specializes in wood fired breads made from organic, regional, and heirloom varieties of wheat, corn, and rye.
