Initiated in 2012, The Food Book Fair celebrates the intersection of Food Culture and Food Systems. In 2015, the event took place April 10th through 12th at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn, NY and Heritage Radio Network was there to catch the highlights. Moderated by our very own Michael Harlan Turkell, host of ‘The Food Seen’, the panel explores what food looks like in media and the people, aesthetic trends and technology that make it so.
