Enter MOFAD, the Museum of Food and Drink, that just completed a successful kickstarter campaign and is the brainchild of food tech guru, Dave Arnold. Together with executive Peter Kim, president of Heritage Foods USA and the Heritage Radio Network Patrick Martins, MOFAD has an all star team working to develop programs, raise funds, and secure a future home for the museum.
