Sarah Thomas, Marie Ponsonnet, and Katja Scharnagl are all sommeliers at one of the most revered restaurants in the world, Le Bernadin in NYC. Under the tutelage of Aldo Sohm, they provide deep skill, knowledge, and personality to the Le Bernadin wine program. Katja is the Chef Sommelier, Sarah Thomas has also created Kalamata’s Kitchen, and Marie Ponsonnet just released a very personal wine, a Merlot. We will discuss everything with everyone.
