Soft Shell Crabs with Dirk Fucik
Tis the season for Soft Shell Crabs. Megan and Tricia are joined by Dirk Fucik of Dirk's Fish Market in Chicago. Dirk makes sure he gets his soft shell crabs delivered everyday during the season -- alive and kicking. Dirk teaches us about how to take your live crab home, clean it and saute it.
