The Morning After

Sara Moulton
On this week's episode of The Morning After, Sari and Lesley are joined by chef, cookbook author, and television host Sara Moulton.
In an article for The New York Times, Kim Severson described Moulton as "one of the nation’s most enduring recipe writers and cooking teachers...and a dean of food television and magazines." A protégée of Julia Child, Sara was the co-founder of the New York Women’s Culinary Alliance, executive chef of Gourmet magazine, Food Editor of ABC-TV’s ”Good Morning America,” and the host of several well-loved shows on the Food Network during that channel’s first decade, including Cooking Live. Her latest book is Sara Moulton’s Home Cooking 101: How to Make Everything Taste Better.
"I'm just hoping there will be...less snobbery about where the food comes from, and more reality about helping everybody to get good and nutritious food." [36:50] – Sara Moulton
