Christopher Nicolson's family has been fishing in Kenai Peninsula of Bristol Bay, Alaska for over 1,200 years. In a partnership with Mt. Kisco Smokehouse, Iliamna Fish Co. has found a way to provide delicious and sustainably harvested Sockeye to New Yorkers all year round.
