Polka Pants have now become a cult favorite among women in restaurants, kitchens, and beyond and Maxine shares her story, spots and all. Amanda Frederickson, meanwhile, tells how she changed careers, went to culinary school, and wound up in the Williams Sonoma test kitchen.
