Priya Krishna is a food writer, whose contributions to Lucky Peach, The New York Times, New York Magazine and Bon Appétit, help us make sense of today’s food culture. You can also find her as a regular on Bon Appétit's From the Test Kitchen digital series. The New York Times just named her new cookbook Indian-ish: Recipes and Antics from a Modern American Family, one of the best cookbooks of spring 2019. It’s a great tribute to her mom Ritu’s one-of-a-kind Indian-American hybrid dishes.
