Allie E.S. Wist is an artist-scholar, photographer, and writer working on topics related to food, futures, sensory studies, and Anthropocene landscapes. Her work encompasses research, radio broadcasts, and experiences that render past and future speculation accessible through sensory narratives. She is currently working on an Arts PhD focusing on the Anthropocene, and she most recently was an adjunct at NYU, in addition to being a visuals editor for Condé Nast's Bon Appetit magazine. She received a B.A. in Mass Media and Fine Art from Boston University, and an M.A. in Food Studies from New York University.
