Shannon Mustipher, the beverage director of Gladys’s Caribbean in Brooklyn, shares her expertise on the topic of rum and cane spirits at in settings ranging from neighborhood pubs to Michelin restaurants. She recently published her recipes in her first book Tiki: Modern Tropical Cocktails. She is also a founding member of Women Leading Rum, as well as Women Who Tiki, a roving tropical cocktail-centric pop up that features the talents of women bartenders in venues across the U.S.A.
