Simran Sethi is a writer and educator focused on food, sustainability and social change. With her 2016 book, Bread, Wine & Chocolate: The Slow Loss of Foods We Love, she poured her soul into making a terrific argument for biodiversity and why it’s so urgent today. Accolades include being named one of the “50 Most Influential Global Indians” by Vogue India and one of the top eight women saving the planet by Marie Claire magazine. She also created The Slow Melt, an award-winning podcast on the continuum of chocolate.
